Licensing Coordinator
Leads the Licensing Department, overseeing the processes and resources that support new agents through pre-licensing, state licensing, and carrier contracting. Provides structured guidance, facilitates educational study sessions, and helps agents navigate licensing requirements and activation procedures. Focuses on equipping aspiring insurance professionals with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to confidently launch their independent businesses.
Production Coordinator
Leads the Production Department, coordinating operational resources and support to help agents navigate the business submission and placement process. Provides guidance on carrier procedures, facilitates effective communication between agents and carriers, and supports the resolution of outstanding business requirements. Focuses on promoting efficient workflows, successful policy placement, and a positive client experience while empowering agents to effectively manage and grow their independent businesses.
